Job Overview

The Business Process Design Manager is responsible for designing and managing the various processes of Product Supply and the systems that support them. This role bridges the gap between field-level processes and how they translate, operate, and end-users interface within Product Supply Systems. This role serves as a leader representing Consolidated, a manager of a team, and a subject matter expert for the procedures and processes that drive CCCI Product Supply Planning operations. This individual is also the business process lead and liaison on IT (internal and Coke One North America) efforts and projects involving the Supply Chain Planning Systems interfacing directly with Senior officers and Executive Officers of Consolidated, CONA, Suppliers, and other Coca-Cola Bottlers.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leads the creation of process maps and documentation within assigned area
  • Serves as the Primary Point of Contact and IT Business Liaison for designing and managing the various processes of Product Supply and the systems that support them
  • Manages the analytics and Business Intelligence for areas assigned to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements impacting system efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manages system enhancements and testing protocols and leads subject matter experts on all systems assigned
  • Leads the creation of change requests, facilitation of incidents, and approval of functional specifications
  • Serves as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact to system vendors for the systems assigned (CONA, Blue Yonder, BluJay, etc.)
  • Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, and coaching, and training
  • Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus; embodies company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • 5 years of Business and Logistics, Planning experience in a demanding environment
  • Experience with ERP, Planning Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement
  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain activities and dependencies to other functions
  • Knowledge of Inventory and Capacity Management methodologies
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, strong presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and fact-based problem solver
  • Strong process improvement skills (Six Sigma and LEAN) with the proven ability to implement process changes to improve efficiency and cost savings across functions
  • Must be able to manage and prioritize tasks for timely completion, and ability to drive change cross-functionally
  • Ability to identify and adapt to Company SKU strategy changes and coordinate and lead efforts within the team to support these objectives
  • Strong confidence and can represent Supply Chain well both internally and externally
  • Management experience preferred
  • Proven knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain Business Systems
  • Proven understanding of Logistics processes and their impact on overall Supply Chain Operations and Planning
  • Consumer Goods knowledge is a plus with Beverage Industry experience preferred


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain)
  • Previous SAP system experience required


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of work experience
