Equipment Services Dispatcher

Things you should know about working as an Equipment Services Dispatcher:

The Equipment Services Dispatcher coordinates the assignment of Equipment Service Notifications to Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. (CCCI) Technicians in assigned territories. The Equipment Services Dispatcher works closely with the EQSV Territory Manager to ensure proper balance of assignments is maintained at all times toward meeting predefined service objectives. Equipment Services Dispatchers must be able to multitask and be very organized.  Dispatchers will regularly work on Projects throughout the year. The Equipment Services Dispatcher communicates with their technicians/customers via telephone and instant messaging, acts as backup to EQSV Customer Service Representatives at times of high call volume and acts as liaison between CCCI and Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR) on high-priority fountain work.

What would success look like?
• Allocate work order activities to assigned EQSV Technicians based upon geography, length of day, priority, and problem type.
• Maintain assigned dispatching board(s) to ensure maximum efficient capacity of technicians during shifts.
• Collaborate with EQSV Territory Managers to determine and set key daily strategies to support company goals.
• Answer incoming communication timely from field to support needs-based upon demand and market changes.
• Manage special project workload and timelines for business initiatives.
• Provide support for Customer Service Representative overflow calls when business demand requires.
• Collaborate with third party organizations (CCNA, ERS) on questions, details or information concerning the work being performed as a service provider.
• All other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
• SAP Knowledge (preferred)
• CRM experience
• Ability to be assigned a constant workload stream during the day, evening or weekends based upon shift assigned or business needs.
• At least 1-year customer service experience (preferably in call center environment)
• Previous dispatch or route planning experience preferred
• Ability to meet required goals and quotas
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills 
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with the drive to serve.
• Excellent prioritizing, organizational, planning & decision-making skills are required
• Ability to document in complete detail, organize and summarize data.
• Strong/Positive Role Model to the Department and Organization
• Maintain company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high-quality service
