Responsible for architecting a reliable, secure device for the entire enterprise.
What would success look like?
Specific Accountabilities:
Management of Windows devices
- Ensuring all security, patches, and policies are applied to Windows machines and remediate all devices that are not compliant.
- Build, test and deploy Window images and maintain imageless configurations for Microsoft Auto Pilot.
- Manage the setting up, troubleshooting, and deploying of various non-Window devices, including Digital Signs, VIA wireless projecting, and Conference Room equipment.
- Lead conference room technology projects, ensuring requirements are well-defined and the solution simplified as to not require IT involvement for meetings.
Manage Printer environment
- Manage all the Print server infrastructure including ensuring all updates are applied.
- Coordinate with the vendor regarding issues, new firmware updates, invoice issues and printer roadmap.
- Configure and troubleshoot SAP printing issues and coordinate with CONA to ensure reliable print services
- Audit the print environment to ensure all assets are accounted for and synchronized throughout the environment.
- Be the primary Point of Contact for technicians and executives needing printer assistance.
Communication
- Communicate with various levels of management from different functions both verbally and written. Update management of evolving device technologies along with budgetary needs.

Skills (Platforms, Languages, Tools, Business Application, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows device management principles and toolset, to include: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, and Active Directory Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of print environment, including print servers and secured badge printing
- Able to work creatively, analytically, and independently in a problem-solving environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of related IS experience
- 2-year college degree or equivalent years of experience in lieu of formal education
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Advanced knowledge of PCs and networking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Travel Requirements:
- Travel to various Coca-Cola Consolidated sites, conferences, classes and other sites as necessary.
