IT Help Desk Technician

Things you should know about working as an IT Help Desk Technician:
This position has frequent contact with helpdesk customers, peers, and managers. Our Service Center Joyfully responds to needs of our employees with an Eagerness to Serve. The person will provide quality telephone support for ISS hardware and software related issues, with a high degree of customer satisfaction and in a timely manner Perform research, resolve, and respond to highly complex questions in accordance with current standards.
What would success look like?
Providing Coca-Cola Consolidated customers with a single point of contact for all ISS Business and Technical issues
Continuously increase the quality of support of the Service Center on issues we receive and decrease the need to escalate these issues off the Tier 2 support teams
Minimum Qualifications
All candidates will be subject to pre-employment testing: Background Check, Drug Screen, and Physical Abilities Test (if applicable).
