Job Overview

The Customer Operations Insights Specialist is responsible for helping to identify customer trends in operational metrics, validating the accuracy of first- and third-party ordering systems, and owning the Proactive Order Adjustment analysis through execution.  This role will help represent Coca-Cola Consolidated with The Coca-Cola Company’s North American Operating Unit, our customer operations team, and our customer management teams to identify and address systemic opportunities. 



Duties & Responsibilities

•    Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting data to increase operational effectiveness
•    Provide conclusions, ideas, and general guidance based off insights from the data and experiences to respond to business needs with the highest achievable result at the lowest cost to the company
•    Own and execute the Proactive Order Adjustment Process
•    Liaison with Coca-Cola’s NAOU and our Customer Operations Team on Customer Service projects and metrics
•    Work with Computer Assisted Ordering system data, interpret results, and provide recaps
•    Lead and own the Customer Service Tickets analyzation, reporting, and communication processes
•    Communicate updates, presentations, and insights to Senior Management.
•    Support the company values and mission, and perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned to him/her by supervisor



Minimum Qualifications

•    3-5 years’ experience in a related field such as a Sales or Business analyst including experience in market research/statistics, consumer brand marketing, or business analysis.
•    Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
•    Superior data mining and technical skills.
•    Ability to influence internally and externally
•    Superior organizational skills
