Job Overview

Senior Commercial Execution Manager-PicOS (Picture of Success) will directly manage the overall PicOS and Category Space Analytics processes for the organization. This person will be responsible for ensuring the Commercial Plan is effectively sold and communicated by the Customer Team to the Sales and Service Team through the PicOS template. They will be responsible for a team that works directly in developing the general market merchandising standards along with customer chain merchandising requests in all SuperChannels to optimize shelf space, inventory turns, and profit margins for our products. In addition, they will manage Chain PicOS integration, Brand Partner initiative communication, provide timely communication to the Customer Teams regarding commercial initiative Chain PicOS inclusion, and PicOS template compliance. As a Sr. Commercial Execution Manager, this person is expected to build strong working relationships with Channel Commercialization, Customer Trade teams, Brand Partner Commercial Teams, and the Sales and Service leadership team to develop and maintain processes to support the Commercial Plan effectiveness.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manages the re-launch of the Consolidated Chain PicOS template across the organization while collaborating with the Parent Company’s Chain PicOS tool and future integration at CCCI
  • Collaborates with key departments including the customer team to ensure the monthly Chain PicOS is published timely into SharePoint and Spring Mobile by the 15th of each month while remaining compliant with the PicOS template
  • Collaborates with Brand Partners and Parent Company on upcoming big bet initiatives within key chains to ensure compliance of communication in the monthly Chain PicOS along with monitoring effective execution of the initiative
  • Manages and motivates a team to develop efficient process and provide support for the Customer Team by executing custom PicOS merchandising image requests for displays, racks, coolers, endcaps, etc.
  • Manages and motivates a team that is responsible for developing and effectively communicating general market merchandising standards in all Super Channels to the organization
  • Manages, leads, and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engaging and developing teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training
  •  Implements continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with time-sensitive and critical deadlines; Responsive customer service skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred area of study: Business, Marketing, or similar)

  • Knowledge acquired through 3 to up to 5 years of work experience
