Job Overview

The Supervisor, Supply Chain Planning Production Scheduling has four primary disciplines: Demand Forecasting, Production Scheduling, Fulfillment, and Club Management; support innovation execution processes, such as new SKU launches, product conversions, in and outs, and exit strategies, for their perspective functional areas; and work cross-functionally with Product Supply Planning on project initiatives to support best business decisions. This role will support manufacturing capability, planning and workflow forecasting, production, purchase, and distribution of CCCI’s full goods for our internal sales system, ensuring sufficient products are available in the right locations to sell while maintaining a low level of inventory across the network.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer Management. Oversee Production Center (PC) locations; coordinate with raw materials and Production Center (PC) Managers regarding production line capacity assessments including (PC) available run-time opportunities and maximize for any identified production open line time. Work directly with warehouse managers on out of stocks (OOS), inventory levels for staffing workflow and make any necessary production schedule changes
  • Innovation. Provide status updates on new and sensitive item production and report any production changes and, or risks; contribute to new item launch planning and decisions on open line-item opportunities, and collaborate with Product Supply Planning Manager on any change of sourcing decisions
  • System and Process Management. Participate in upgrade and implementation efforts; support new hire onboarding for training processes as it relates to efficient, effective scheduling techniques, act as a resource for scheduling-related activities; provide guidance and direction to Production Scheduling Planners regarding best practices for scheduling methods and capacity balancing across the system
  • Management and Leadership. Supervise a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching and training; implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Ability to identify and adapt to company SKU strategy changes, coordinate, and drive efforts within direct team to support these objectives
  • Must possess a broad understanding of all CCCI Supply Chain
  • Ability to represent the key disciplines to internal and external customers and key CCCI partners
  • Lead resource for their functional area for complex research, support, and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and fact-based problem solver


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
  • Knowledge acquired through 3 - 5 years of work experience
  • Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering
